Marta Bijan

Marta Bijan is labeled as a “sad girl”, but instead of dissociating herself from this burden, she turned it into the greatest asset of her music, which even the eloquent title “Sztuka płakania” is a perfect proof. This is the singer’s second album, although it’s hard not to get the impression that, in its own way, it’s also her second debut. The music of that album sounds completely different than the songs that could be heard on “Melancholia” three years ago, which is largely due to the cooperation with Haldor Grunberg – a musician and producer previously associated primarily with metal (he plays in the bands Mentor and Thaw, he worked on the albums of Kult Mogił, Lonker See and Drip of Lies).
